Share delivery access, setup space, power availability, performance areas, and sound or operating-hour restrictions. Technical needs vary by performer and package. For movie nights, include your viewing area and planned screening time. Send any vendor and insurance documentation requirements during planning.
Are sound equipment, hosts, and staffing included?
Inclusions vary by offering. Review each listing and proposal for sound equipment, technical support, hosting, staffing, and service hours. An automated music speaker does not provide the same hosting or guest interaction as a DJ or game master.
How do we request pricing and availability?
